Process & Considerations

The key to a smooth and successful relocation is in the initial meeting. This can be done either face to face or by phone. It is essential that we discuss your requirements in detail and get a full understanding of individual or family requirements. This is not a stressful interview, we know what we need to ask you and what information is needed for the process to be a success. During this meeting we will also be able to advise you on locations that fit with your aspirations and discuss options open to you.

This meeting will cover areas such as:

1. An understanding of your expectations & budget
2. Location – where would you like to live or indeed how would you like to live. We can guide you.
3. Proximity to school – clients who have or are planning to have children the school location is often of key importance
4. Public transport & roads - distance to public transport facilities, access to motorways & airports. Options & alternatives
5. Property style and size – number of bedrooms, flooring, style & colour schemes are the influencing factors
6. Availability & access to local health & entertainment facilities
7. Leisure activities
8. Any plans to bring pets into the UK

Relocation packages of one two or three days are recommended however we can adapt appointments to suit your availability. Given a detailed brief we can source property, finalise a lease and deliver keys for short term rental ideal for extended business trips and short term projects.
